The AP government has release the BULK Notification 2013,
among those the posts sanctioned for GENCO is 200 Nos. and Transco & Discoms is 220  (AE/Elec.) , 25 is AE(civil),
the government order is available in gmail.....

    it may be shift in particular location / instrumentation related...
